認識皮蛇(帶狀皰疹) Herpes Zoster
帶狀疱疹是伴隨疼痛產生的小水疱，以前是老年人常罹患疾病，但現在年輕世代，罹患帶狀疱疹的人數正在增加中。

A:施打方式：肌肉注射，共注射兩劑，兩劑間隔2～6個月。

A:建議施打族群：
🔸 50歲以上成人

🔸適合免疫功能缺乏、器官移植、惡性腫瘤、服用免疫抑制劑者
Q:我以前曾經接種舊款帶狀皰疹疫苗(ZOSTAVAX伏帶疹)，還可以接種新一代皮蛇疫苗Shingrix 欣剋疹嗎？
A:美國CDC建議對於以前接受過 Zostavax 的患者，可再接種新一代皮蛇疫苗Shingrix 欣剋疹。
根據患者接受 Zostavax 的年齡，您可以考慮 Zostavax 和 Shingrix 之間的間隔少於 5 年。Shingrix 和 Zostavax 的療效差異在老年患者中最為明顯。研究表明，隨著時間的推移，Zostavax 的有效性會大大減弱，使接受者對帶狀皰疹的保護作用降低。例如，在接種 Zostavax 後的前 3 年，70 至 79 歲的成年人和 80 歲及以上的成年人的疫苗效力平均分別為 41% 和 18%。
如果曾經接種 Zostavax， 至少等待 8 週後才能接種 Shingrix。

A:Shingrix 不應用於：
1.對該疫苗的任何成分有嚴重過敏反應史的人，例如過敏反應。
2.經歷帶狀皰疹急性發作的人。Shingrix 不是帶狀皰疹或帶狀皰疹後神經痛 (PHN) 的治療方法。任何疫苗的一般指導是等到疾病的急性期結束並且症狀減輕。
3.懷孕：目前沒有 CDC 建議在懷孕期間使用 Shingrix；因此，提供者應考慮將疫苗接種推遲到懷孕後。沒有建議在接種 Shingrix 之前進行妊娠試驗。Shingrix 等重組疫苗不會對母乳喂養的人或其嬰兒造成已知風險。如果 Shingrix 另有說明，提供者可以考慮接種疫苗而不考慮母乳喂養狀態。
患有輕微急性疾病（如感冒）的成年人可以接受 Shingrix。患有中度或重度急性疾病的成年人通常應該等到康復後再接種疫苗。
